Cancellation Policy

At Fashions Cafe, we want you to love your shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at fashionscafe313@gmail.com or call 9947501500 with your order number.

b) After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
In such cases, you can request a return after receiving the product (see Return section below).

2. Return & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and return address.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank details securely via email.

No Refunds Will Be Given If:

The item has been used or damaged by the customer
The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
The product is returned without original packaging or tags

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
